Upset forging machine

Upset forging machine is used to forge rebar end firstly, the usage is to add its strength. And then cut thread by thread cutting machine. The operation is as follows:

Replace mate mould and mould. Move the limit switch stopper to the middle position, press the button “Oil Crock Countermarched”, and countermarch the cylinder piston to the last position. Loosen two M8 Hexagon socket screws on pull plate, and demount two mould pieces. Push forward one piece of mould, and could take out the moulds. Demount mate mould and replace according to rebar size. Replace mould according to rebar size. After replacement of mould and mate mould, must adjust the Limit Switch Stopper to its original position (notice to fasten it). The two longitudinal ribs of rebar must be placed in upper and lower position. And the end of rebar must prop the head of mate mould. After completion of the above steps, you can press button “Oil Crock Countermarched” to let machine works automatically.

Workers must often add oil on sliding parts and shafts etc.
